We thought we’d try something new this Sunday and push the boundaries of our Sauna…
Join us for a Cosmic Disco Aufguss Saunateque session: a playful blend of heat, music, and ritual. DJ Löyly will set the mood with cosmic disco sounds while Doro leads a dynamic aufguss session, using sauna whisks and aromatic sauna potions to transform the sauna into a multisensory experience. 🪩
Feel free to dress in your finest aquatic boogie apparel and get ready for an evening of rhythm, steam, and fun. 🥳

Come as you are for two hours of movement, deep heat, and cold therapy.
Caitlin, our qualified instructor from FlowState, will lead an all-levels outdoor yoga class for the first hour, followed by a full hour in the sauna with guided breathwork. Complimentary teas and cakes to round things off.
Please arrive at 8:45 am and bring your own yoga mat :)
